The BEST Education Foundation depends on the donations from local businesses, grants, individuals, and fund raising activities to support the students and staff of Garland ISD. Our Sponsors continue to play a critical role in successfully meeting our annual fundraising goals.
BEST recognizes sponsors with signage at events as well as on distributed event marketing and donor related materials. Sponsors are also acknowledged in numerous areas of the BEST Education Foundation website with prominently displayed sponsor logos on the website home page, and a featured sponsor news article that is incorporated into the content of the website. The sponsor news articles present information about the sponsors, and about how their generous contributions are used to directly support the students of Garland ISD.
Events for Sponsorship
Each year BEST holds the BEST Masters Golf Tournament to raise money and awareness about the foundation. The golf tournament is an all day event that continually proves to be one of the biggest fund raising events of the year.
Masters Golf Sponsorship Levels
BESTorganizes the Partners in Education (PIE) Luncheon to recognize and thank the Partners in Education. The Partners in Education provide support to Garland ISD students through tutoring or mentoring students, donating supplies and materials, or providing in-kind services, such as printing or computer training.

Garland ISD employees participate in an Employee Campaign to raise funds for BEST each year. The 1st place department and campus representative from each area win the opportunity to get in the Cash Cube for 25 seconds.
GISD Employee Campaign Sponsorship Levels
The Best Foundation recognizes and thanks the local police officers who work in the Garland ISD schools each year at the School Resource Officer (SRO)
