Walkway of History
Would you like to honor or remember a special friend or family member in a tangible way - and also support the students and staff of Garland ISD?
A customized brick is a wonderful opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of students, faculty, District clubs, and teams throughout the years. The bricks are prominently placed in the GISD Walkway of History within the grand entrance that leads into the meeting and convention hall of the Special Events Center.
The deadline for brick orders to be placed in time for the June graduations is April 15, 2012.
All of the proceeds from this brick campaign will benefit the BEST Education Foundation. The Best Foundation serves the communities of Garland, Rowlett, and Sachse by meeting the needs of our District's students and teachers through classroom grants and scholarships.
